Hiring: Regional Vice President – TPA / F&I Provider (Agent Channel Focus)
Where: Great Lakes Region (remote + travel)
A well-established and highly reputable TPA is seeking a proven Regional Vice President to take over its largest territory due to the planned retirement of a long-tenured, highly successful leader. This is a rare opportunity to step into a strong, established book of business with deep agent relationships, while continuing to drive significant growth across a high-producing region. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven leader who thrives in the agent channel, understands how to build partnerships, and is motivated to both maintain legacy business and aggressively conquest new opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and strengthen existing agent relationships across the territory
- Recruit, develop, and expand the agent network
- Drive dealer growth and increase F&I performance through agent partners
- Support agents in winning new dealership accounts and expanding current ones
- Push production, accountability, and consistent results across the region
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in the TPA / F&I provider space
- Strong, established agent relationships (agent experience required)
- Track record of growing production through partnerships
- Ability to influence, coach, and drive results through others
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to conquest new business
- Six-Figure compensation package
- Uncapped commissions and earning potential
