Automotive Service Advisor – Brooklyn, NY (M-F or Sun-Thurs schedule)
Well-established dealership in the Brooklyn, NY market is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Service Writer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to balance strong sales performance with exceptional customer service. The department is busy, fast-moving, and supported by a compensation plan that rewards productivity and results. Must have experience as a service writer at a new car dealership.
The successful candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining strong CSI while consistently achieving performance goals. Moreover, the successful candidate will be great at building relationships with customers, identifying maintenance and repair opportunities, and ensuring a smooth service experience from write-up through delivery.
The dealership offers a rare schedule, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and a 5 day work week with 2 consecutive days off.
Compensation & Benefits
- Aggressive commission structure tied to measurable performance metrics
- Service Advisors at this store average $110,000 annually, but the number varies based on individual performance and sales ability.
- Excellent work schedule: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Five days on, followed by two consecutive days off
Requirements
- Previous Service Advisor experience in a new car automotive dealership
- Proven ability to sell maintenance and repair recommendations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining high CSI scores
- Reliable, responsible, and process-oriented
- Tekion experience preferred, but not required
