Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and provide an exceptional service experience from start to finish.
- Keep customer traffic flowing efficiently by ensuring timely write-ups and deliveries.
- Communicate clearly and consistently throughout the repair process.
- Present maintenance recommendations and Multi-Point Inspection findings while identifying appropriate upsell opportunities.
- Coordinate with technicians and management to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
- Build long-term customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
- Work closely with fellow advisors to achieve shared department goals and maintain a positive team environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience at a new car dealership is required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting maintenance recommendations and upselling needed services.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Process-driven, organized, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Experience with Tekion is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation package in the $90,000–$100,000+ range depending on performance.
