Finance Manager – Northwest of Boston (Monday–Friday | $150,000+)
Well-established, family-owned import dealership located just northwest of Boston is looking to add an experienced Finance Manager to its team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an F&I professional looking for excellent earning potential, a true work-life balance, and the stability that comes with a family-owned dealership.
The Finance Manager hired will be the sole F&I Manager for the dealership, handling approximately 60 retail deliveries per month. The dealership is looking for someone who can consistently produce strong results while providing an outstanding customer experience. Clean paperwork, compliance, professionalism, and the ability to build value in finance products are essential.

Responsibilities
- Manage all finance and insurance transactions from start to finish
- Present and sell finance and protection products
- Maintain a target of approximately $1,500 per copy
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate, compliant, and funded promptly
- Work closely with the sales team to create a smooth delivery process
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining strong profitability
Qualifications
- Previous Finance Manager experience in a new-car dealership
- Proven ability to consistently sell finance products and achieve strong PVR
- Strong understanding of lender programs and compliance requirements
- Detail-oriented with clean, accurate paperwork
- Professional, customer-focused, and highly organized
Compensation & Benefits
